LATTE ART COMPETITION / POSTER
This poster was designed for my bother. He works as a barista and he's big into coffee. He helped put on 2017's Latte Art Competition at Pizzelle's Confections in Huntsville, AL.
Coffee is kind of crazy. It's also really badass people can make coffee cooler than it already is by adding art into the mix. For this project I chose to combine the vintage feel that is often associated with coffee and tweak it just a bit. I used the vintage feel with clean lines and a little bit of coolness. The event was for pouring Latte Art, so I pulled the the ripple of the coffee and combined it with an eye to graphically represent both the competitor's passion for coffee and the old adage "keep your eye on the prize".
We had many people ask for t-shirts so, I had to make some. They're were available on teespring for a limited time.
